Opportunities and Challenges of Online Learning

Online learning is not coming, it's already here. Some units on campus, notably the Graduate School of Library and Information Science and the School of Labor and Employment Relations, teach a significant number of their courses online. Units as diverse as Philosophy and Engineering have introduced online components to their curricula. This program will explore some of the models for online learning as well as their advantages and pitfalls.
